Overview

Carmika Partners LLP (“Carmika” or the “Firm”) is an independent investment manager co- founded by Martin Vestergaard and Manjeet Mudan, who are also the Firm’s majority owners. Carmika is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) in the United Kingdom. The Firm provides investment management services to multiple private investment vehicles including onshore and offshore private funds as well as Segregated Managed Account mandates (each a “Private Vehicle” or “Client”). Carmika implements an absolute return strategy using exchange traded options and money market instruments to onshore and offshore investors. Carmika seeks capital commitments on an ongoing basis from sophisticated investors such as investors high net worth individuals,

trusts, family offices, investment companies or pension plans, to invest in one or more Private Vehicles that are managed by the Firm. The Firm tailors its management services to the specific investment objectives and restrictions of each Private Vehicle, pursuant to the investment guidelines and restrictions set forth in each Private Vehicle’s agreement, investment management agreement, subscription agreements and/or other governing documents as applicable (collectively, the “Governing Documents”). The investment management agreement and other relevant Governing Documents will generally be established at the time of entry into the applicable management relationship. As of 31st May 2023, the Firm had under its discretion regulatory assets under management totalling US $67m.
