Marble Bar is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an investment adviser. Marble Bar is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) and collective portfolio investment management firm (CPMI). Marble Bar may tailor
advisory services to the individual needs of clients and impose restrictions on investing in certain securities or types of securities as agreed with the client. The Firm was founded in 2002 and its principal office is located at Seventh Floor, South Block, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 8EW, United Kingdom. Principal Ownership of the Firm Hilton Nathanson, Founder and Managing Partner, is the principal owner of Marble Bar.
