Overview

The Adviser is an investment adviser with its principal place of business in New York, New York. The general partner of the Adviser is Force Hill Capital Management GP LLC. Suraj Chopra is the managing member of the general partner of the Adviser. The Adviser commenced operations as an investment adviser on January 2, 2020. The Adviser provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to its clients, which consist of pooled investment vehicles (the “Funds”) intended for sophisticated investors and institutional investors and one or more separately managed accounts (the “Accounts,” and together with the Funds, the “Clients”), including an Account for a strategic investor (“Strategic Investor”), to sub-advise one or more private

funds. The Funds managed by the Adviser include Force Hill Partners LP, a Delaware limited partnership and Force Hill Offshore Fund Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company which invest substantially all of their assets through Force Hill Master Fund Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company. The Adviser provides advice to Clients based on specific investment objectives and strategies. The Adviser does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of Clients. In addition, Accounts may impose restrictions on investing in certain securities or certain types of securities. The Adviser had approximately $ 652,100,000 in regulatory assets under management as of February 28, 2023, all of which was managed on a discretionary basis.
