Ownership/Advisory History Riverwalk Capital Partners, LLC (“RCP” or the “firm”), a limited liability company formed under the laws of the state of Delaware, is a private fund adviser that structures, manages, promotes, sponsors, and through itself and affiliate entities serves as general partner and/or investment manager for one or more private funds (the “Fund”). RCP was formed in 2023 and is owned by Steven Dudash, its sole member. B. Description of Advisory Services Offered RCP is an independent investment advisory firm that will function as the investment
adviser and managing member of an affiliated venture capital fund (‘Fund”). RCP recommends securities transactions that include securities and strategies as itemized in Item 8 of this Brochure, and as may be described in Offering Documents. C. Client-Tailored Services and Client-Imposed Restrictions RCP does not manage individual client portfolios and instead only manages the Fund. D. Client Assets Under Management As of September 8, 2023, RCP has $0 assets under management, as it is a newly formed investment adviser registrant. Item 5: Fees and Compensation
