Overview

Founded in January 2008, Archon is an investment adviser organized as a Delaware limited liability company. Bradley A. Roberts and Joseph E. Sheehan are Archon’s founding principals and sole owners. As of December 31, 2023, Archon managed $923,310,216 of regulatory assets under management on a discretionary basis on behalf of two Clients (as defined below). Archon provides investment advisory services to pooled investment vehicles that rely on an exclusion from registration as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and rely on a private offering exemption from registration of their interests under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (each, a “Private Fund” and collectively, the “Private Funds”).1 As the investment manager of the Private Funds, Archon’s services consist of identifying opportunities for acquisition, management, monitoring, and disposition of investments of the
Private Funds. Investment advice is provided directly to the Private Funds, subject to the discretion and control of the general partner or the board of directors of the applicable Private Fund, and not individually to the limited partners or shareholders of the Private Funds. Archon currently serves as the investment manager to two long/short equity private investment funds: Archon Partners L.P. (“Archon Partners Fund”) and Archon Focus Investments L.P. (“Archon Focus Fund”) (collectively, the “Funds” or “Clients”).
