Availability of Customized Services to Individual Clients In North America, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking, from time to time, provides discretionary investment advisory services to one or more U.S. registered investment advisor(s) (RIA(s)), including through separately managed accounts set up by an RIA for its U.S. clients. The RIA(s) may impose reasonable restrictions on investing in certain securities or types of securities, depending on their investment objectives, risk tolerance and other various suitability requirements. These restrictions must be in writing and must accompany the Discretionary Investment Agreement.
